I’m David Levandoski, founder of Breaker Surveying Company and a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
I started Breaker with a simple idea:
Do good work and make the experience of working with a surveyor just as good.
Surveying can get complicated. Deeds don’t always agree. Monuments disappear. Properties change over time. And sometimes the evidence leads somewhere you weren’t expecting.
You don’t need to understand all of that before calling a surveyor.
That’s where I come in.
I’ll research the records, investigate the property, evaluate the evidence, and explain what I’m finding in a way that makes sense.
Because Breaker is owner-operated, I’m personally involved throughout your project—from our first conversation through the professional work behind your finished survey.

Why Breaker?
The Breaker name is a nod to Northeastern Pennsylvania - to the communities and people that shaped me.
Coal breakers were once part of the landscape throughout this region, and their history remains tied to the towns and properties we know today.
But Breaker is about more than where I'm from. It's also a reflection of the people, values, and experiences that shaped how I approach my work and the company I'm building.
I wanted the name to carry that local connection while building something distinctly my own—a surveying company centered on careful work, clear communication, and personal service.
Breaker is local by design.
